Lija Last Supper — Muddy Boots

I don’t often re-blog items … but this photo jogs great memories. I grew up in the parish of Ħal Lija (Malta), and my dad was heavily involved in those years, in the parish council. I must have spent hours in this lovely old Church of Our Saviour, on Holy Thursday and Good Friday, while the Last Supper display is one. Highly recommended!
