Tradizione, intesa nel senso autentico, è un’azione, non dei contenuti. La Tradizione è l’atto di trasmissione della Luce della fede, da una generazione all’altra. Una fede che riceviamo e tramandiamo. Chiaramente, la Tradizione ha dei contenuti, ma non è in primis contenuti, e non va appiattita su di essi.

Tradition, properly understood, is an action, not subject matter. Tradition is the act of transmitting the Light of faith from one generation to the next. Faith received and handed down. Clearly, Tradition also has contents, but is not first and foremost contents, and should not be flattened on them.
